About the Anbernic RG40XX V
The RG40XX V takes the guts of the RG40XX H and stands them upright, giving you a proper vertical layout with a crisp 4-inch 640x480 panel. The same Allwinner H700 sits inside, so it chews through everything up to PS1, Nintendo DS, N64 and lighter Dreamcast titles without complaint.
What sets it apart from most portrait handhelds is the single thumbstick tucked into the bottom corner, handy for the few systems that need analogue control. It ships on stock firmware but happily takes Knulli or muOS if you want a cleaner front end.
